A French-Swizz artist who, for nearly thirty years, has been creating work situated at the boundary of pictorial creation ; Félice Varini develops his work and his painting outside the traditional frame. Urban scenes and closed spaces, as well as contemporary architectural units, compose the playground where he paints.

Varini : « I start from a real situation when building my paintings. This reality is never altered, erased or modified, it is what interests me and it attracts me with its complexity. My practical experience is to work in the « here and now ».
